Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers through on-site visits, phone calls, and email communications.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software products at customer sites.
  • Diagnose and resolve product performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and R&D, to provide solutions and support to customers.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to customers and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products, ensuring expertise and knowledge to provide best-in-class support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 8+ years of relevant experience in a technical support or engineering role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
