Job Title: Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Specialist to join our technical customer support team at Brainlab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their equipment is installed, maintained, and serviced, and providing professional technical assistance to clinical staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Install new Brainlab devices and software in hospitals
  • Perform maintenance and inspection of systems/devices, including electrical safety tests
  • Troubleshoot issues independently and repair systems/devices to minimize downtime
  • Complete installations and service assignments efficiently and effectively
  • Plan, organize, and implement service assignments conscientiously and independently
  • Perform administrative tasks accurately and document services according to Brainlab policies
  • Provide innovative ideas to improve current products and services
  • Maintain good customer relationships and deliver high-level customer service

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree or Grado Superior de Electromedicina Clínica
  • Good knowledge of computer and network technologies
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated and customer-oriented personality, with ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
  • Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Willingness to travel extensively (80%)
  • Necessary to possess a valid driving license
