Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Brainlab. As a key member of our technical customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their technical needs are met.

As a Brainlab Service Professional, you will be the face of our company to our customers, ensuring that their equipment is installed, maintained, and serviced to the highest standards. You will work independently from your home office, ideally located in Madrid or Bilbao, and will be responsible for:

  • Installing new Brainlab devices and software in hospitals
  • Performing maintenance and inspection of systems/devices, including electrical safety tests
  • Troubleshooting independently and repairing systems/devices to minimize downtime
  • Completing every installation or service assignment quickly and efficiently
  • Planning, organizing, and implementing all service assignments conscientiously and independently
  • Performing mandatory administrative tasks accurately
  • Documenting performed services according to Brainlab policies
  • Providing ideas and innovation to improve current products and services
  • Maintaining good customer relationships and delivering high-level customer service

Qualifications:

  • Engineering Degree or Grado Superior de Electromedicina Clínica
  • Good knowledge in the area of computer and network technologies
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated and customer-oriented personality, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work self-sufficiently
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously
  • Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Willingness to travel extensively (80%)
  • Necessary to possess a valid driving license
