French Marketing Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced French Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance Spain in Barcelona. As a key member of our onboarding team, you will be responsible for partnering with new clients to develop their first online advertising campaigns and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with assigned clients to onboard and develop PPC campaigns, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and objective analysis to understand client goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client spend, upsell, and sustainability, driving business growth and revenue.
- Manage a high volume of potential clients through phone calls, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications.
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising.
- Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Client-focused, with a keen interest in customer interaction and ownership of business goals.
- A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Native level of French and high level of English.
- Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
- Salary: € gross/year + up to € gross/year in bonus.
- Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
- Referral Program: Bring a Friend and receive a Referral fee (up to € depending on the language/project).
- Taxes between 20-24%.
- Permanent Contract.
