About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Modality Sales Specialist to join our team in North Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers in the Cardiology area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure Philips is the preferred supplier.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Initialize and coordinate all Philips efforts to the accounts to maximize sales group output.
  • Create optimal offers to the accounts in collaboration with marketing, services, and supply chain teams.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region.
  • Create an account plan for each account, translating budgeted targets into specific strategies and actions.
  • Implement action programs to improve Philips' performance with the accounts.
  • Drive the performance of the account team to achieve goals.
  • Analyze and report sales results, market trends, and competition to propose improvements.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, professional publications, and personal networks.
  • Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in North Spain.
  • Provide technical and product support during Congress and workshops Live Cases in hospitals under territory responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Degree in biomedical engineering or a clinical/science-related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in the related field, with specific knowledge of the market and stakeholders in Cardiology and the medical device sector.
  • Great team player, proactiveness, customer focus, and patient safety engagement.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • English and Spanish language skills.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
