H2SITE is a pioneering company dedicated to providing innovative solutions to the hydrogen transport problem. Our mission is to crack carriers like ammonia and methanol using integrated membrane reactors and separate hydrogen from low concentration gas blends.

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bilbao. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and managing marketing campaigns, developing marketing materials, and organizing events to promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Design, implement, and monitor inbound and outbound marketing campaigns using HubSpot. Create and manage ID campaigns, audience segmentation, and automated workflows.
  • Marketing Materials: Develop marketing content, including emails, brochures, landing pages, blog posts, and promotional materials. Collaborate with creative agencies to ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines and are of high quality.
  • Event Organization: Plan and coordinate company events, webinars, trade shows, and other promotional events. Manage all logistical aspects, from venue bookings to attendee management and event promotion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Experience in industrial products (B2B) for the energy or chemicals industries.
  • Proven experience using HubSpot for creating and managing marketing campaigns and marketing qualified lead and sales qualified lead.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and present clear and understandable reports.
  • WordPress websites management and optimization.
  • Experience in managing external agencies and coordinating complex projects.
  • Skills in events organization and logistics management.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong attention to detail and quality of work.
  • Fluency in English and native proficiency in Spanish.
  • Creativeness and capabilities to keep a high level of coordination with internal and external people.
