We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bilbao. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.
Key Responsibilities- Creating and Managing Campaigns: Design, implement, and monitor inbound and outbound marketing campaigns using HubSpot. Create and manage ID campaigns, audience segmentation, and automated workflows. Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize to improve results.
- Marketing Materials: Develop marketing content, including emails, brochures, landing pages, blog posts, and promotional materials. Collaborate with creative agencies to ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines and are of high quality.
- Event Organization: Plan and coordinate company events, webinars, trade shows, and other promotional events. Manage all logistical aspects, from venue bookings to attendee management and event promotion.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Experience in industrial products (B2B) for the energy or chemicals industries.
- Proven experience using HubSpot for creating and managing marketing campaigns and marketing qualified lead and sales qualified lead.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and present clear and understandable reports.
- WordPress websites management and optimization.
- Experience in managing external agencies and coordinating complex projects.
- Skills in events organization and logistics management.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong attention to detail and quality of work.
- Fluency in English and native proficiency in Spanish.
- Creativeness and capabilities to keep a high level of coordination with internal and external people.
