**Clinical Sales Representative, TAVI (Northern Spain)**:
- Remote Eligible: Field Based- Territory: Spain**Additional Locations**: Spain-Bilbao; Spain-La Coruña
**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Therapy Representative based in the Northern Spain area to Support the TAVI business, who will cover the entire Spanish territory.
**In this role you will be responsible for**:
- _Education/Training Role:_ educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on technical matters relating to the company TAVI and Structural Heart products by conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one training sessions, in-service education programs, and seminars and/or outside symposiums. Provide training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel
- _Clinical Specialist:_ support in TAVI / Structural Heart procedures (sterile field), playing a key role in the device preparation, as well as providing technical support and device and system troubleshooting as needed.
- _Device Management:_ monitor inventory levels, initiate logistics, i.e., shipments and movement tracking of products. Monitor the levels and expiration dates of products in the field. Coordinate communication between internal and external customers to facilitate the material management.
- _Selling Role:_ collaborate with the Territory Manager on business strategy and tactics at the customer level. Demonstrates a deep understanding of the competition’s strengths and weaknesses.
- _Account planning & customer relationships management:_ contributes to the development of annual strategic plan by providing sales team and Marketing with detailed business intelligence for accounts in scope (e.g. market size and potential, market / products trends, business opportunities, competitive landscape, updated clinical and economic stakeholders).
- _Account planning & customer relationships management:_ Supports team in understanding account’s unmet needs and expectations to facilitate account strategy and plans development; establishes relationships with Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, Materials Management, Hospital Administration. Develops and enhances account relationship through product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, procedural observation, and problem resolution; identifies, manages and reports to sales team opportunities deriving from clinical support; consequently, supports sales team in clinical selling based on clinical support information provided; attends and actively participates in customer, company and industry sponsored events and meetings.
- _Post-sale management and future growth:_ develops and implements a proactive plan that involves service support, with team members, to increase the quality of service to customers; performs procedural training, provides clinical support and therapy development and consequently manages clinical evaluation, with support of regional managers, to deliver excellent product in-servicing and product evaluations and ultimately secure BSC market share.
**What we are looking for in you?**
- Nurse or Biomedical Engineering degree;
- High experience in an operating room and within the hemodynamics/structural heart area (at least 3 years);
- Native/bilingual Spanish and good English level;
- Availability to travel for business;
- Ability to work within a flexible and dynamic working environment;
- Based in the northern area of Spain, preferably in the Bilbao area.
