Job Overview

As a Technical Client Manager at Tradedoubler, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving client success. You will be fully competent and responsible for the day-to-day delivery of technical support tasks, processes, and delivery of client implementations (new clients, additional markets, additional products, and re-implementations). You will contribute towards delivering efficient, quality implementations across Tradedoubler products and quality support to clients & colleagues within agreed SLAs.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Client Platform Management: Manage the Tradedoubler affiliate platform on behalf of our advertisers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  2. Technical Support: Answer and resolve technical questions from customers and colleagues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  3. Proactive Client Engagement: Maintain continuous contact with customers in a proactive manner, identifying and addressing their needs to grow their business.
  4. Business Growth: Quickly identify the advertisers' needs and provide solutions to grow their business, collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
  5. Market Updates: Stay updated on changes in the market, ensuring Tradedoubler's clients remain competitive and informed.
  6. Client Documentation: Document the client's evolution and any changes that may be relevant, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  7. Team Collaboration: Lean on the team to provide solutions and get different points of view, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  8. Results Discussion: Discuss results with the team periodically, analyzing successes and areas for improvement.
  9. Success Case Analysis: Learn from success cases with other clients and apply them to drive business growth and improve client experiences.
  10. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate any important client information to stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  11. Inter-Office Collaboration: Liaise with Technical Customer Executives and Managers of other local Tradedoubler offices, promoting a unified and cohesive approach to client support.

Your Profile

You're a results-driven professional with strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills combined with a commercial mindset. You like working in a team as a key member, motivating others and leading by example. You are excellent at communicating complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. You have a good knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You are able to prioritize tasks and handle pressure. You are organized and can multitask across different requests, projects, and activities. You are very passionate about technology and like to be proactive in problem-solving.

Requirements

  1. Education: University degree (Computing, IT Degree, software programming) or equivalent experience. We also welcome self-taught professionals.
  2. Technical Skills: Ability to grasp technical concepts - HTML, JavaScript, Restful APIs, XML, and programming languages.
  3. Communication Skills: Good written and spoken communication skills.
  4. Client Support Experience: Experience of working in a client support/customer service environment preferable.
  5. Customer Service Minded: Customer service minded.
  6. Solutions-Oriented: Solutions-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills.
