Job Overview

As a Technical Client Manager at Tradedoubler, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and client implementations. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure efficient and effective solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the Tradedoubler affiliate platform on behalf of our advertisers.
  • Provide technical support and answer questions from customers and colleagues.
  • Maintain proactive contact with customers to identify their needs and grow their business.
  • Support the sales team in meetings and calls.
  • Stay up-to-date on market changes and document client evolution.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide solutions and gather different perspectives.
  • Discuss results with the team periodically.
  • Learn from success cases with other clients and apply them.
  • Communicate important client information to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with Technical Customer Executives and Managers of other local Tradedoubler offices.

Your Profile

You are a results-driven professional with strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. You have a commercial mindset and excellent communication skills. You are able to prioritize tasks, handle pressure, and multitask across different requests, projects, and activities.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computing, IT, or software programming, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts, including HTML, JavaScript, Restful APIs, XML, and programming languages.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Experience in client support or customer service is preferred.
  • Customer service-minded and solutions-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Professional approach and results-driven.
  • Attention to detail and excellent team player.
