We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Client Manager to join our team at Tradedoubler Se. As a Technical Client Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and solutions to our clients, ensuring their success and growth in the digital marketing landscape.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the Tradedoubler affiliate platform on behalf of our advertisers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and colleagues, resolving complex issues and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain continuous contact with customers, proactively identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
- Support the sales team in meetings and calls, leveraging technical expertise to close deals and expand client relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes, documenting client evolution and relevant updates.
- Collaborate with the team to provide innovative solutions and diverse perspectives, driving business success and client satisfaction.
- Communicate key client information to stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Liaise with Technical Customer Executives and Managers of other local Tradedoubler offices, fostering strong relationships and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- University degree in Computing, IT, or software programming, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts, including HTML, JavaScript, Restful APIs, XML, and programming languages.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with experience in client support/customer service environments.
- Solutions-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills, a professional approach, and a results-driven attitude.
- Attention to detail and excellent team player skills.
