Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Client Manager to join our team at Tradedoubler AB. As a key member of our client support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and project management services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the Tradedoubler affiliate platform on behalf of our advertisers
  • Provide technical support and answer questions from customers and colleagues
  • Maintain continuous contact with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Identify opportunities to grow our clients' businesses and provide solutions to support their growth
  • Support the sales team in meetings and calls
  • Stay up-to-date on market changes and trends
  • Document client progress and changes
  • Collaborate with the team to provide solutions and gain different perspectives
  • Discuss results with the team periodically
  • Learn from success cases with other clients and apply them
  • Communicate important client information to stakeholders
  • Liaise with Technical Customer Executives and Managers of other local Tradedoubler offices
Your Profile

We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, combined with a commercial mindset. You should be an excellent communicator, able to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. You should also have good knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks, handle pressure, and multitask across different requests, projects, and activities.

  • Ability to grasp technical concepts - HTML, JavaScript, Restful APIs, XML, and programming languages
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • Experience of working in a client support/customer service environment preferable
