Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Client Manager to join our team at Tradedoubler AB. As a key member of our client support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and solutions to our clients. Your primary focus will be on managing the Tradedoubler affiliate platform on behalf of our advertisers, answering and resolving technical questions from customers and colleagues, and maintaining continuous contact with customers in a proactive manner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the Tradedoubler affiliate platform to ensure seamless delivery of client implementations.
  • Provide technical support and solutions to clients and colleagues, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing proactive support.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support client meetings and calls, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with market changes and trends, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Document client progress and changes, ensuring accurate records and informed decision-making.
  • Work closely with the team to provide solutions and gather diverse perspectives, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Regularly review results with the team, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Learn from successful client implementations and apply best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate critical client information to stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and informed decision-making.
  • Liaise with Technical Customer Executives and Managers from other Tradedoubler offices, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Your Profile

We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, combined with a commercial mindset. You will be an excellent communicator, able to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Your ability to prioritize tasks, handle pressure, and multitask across different requests, projects, and activities will be essential in this role.

  • Ability to grasp technical concepts, including HTML, JavaScript, Restful APIs, XML, and programming languages.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Experience in client support or customer service environments is desirable.
  • Customer service-minded with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Professional approach with a results-driven attitude.
  • Attention to detail and excellent team player skills.
