**Job Summary**

As a Technical Client Solutions Manager at Tradedoubler Ab, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and client implementations across our products. This role involves managing client relationships, providing technical solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the Tradedoubler affiliate platform on behalf of our advertisers, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
  • Respond to and resolve technical questions from customers and colleagues, providing timely and accurate solutions.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored support to grow their business.
  • Support the sales team in meetings and calls, leveraging technical expertise to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on market changes and document client evolution, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and gather diverse perspectives.
  • Communicate important client information to stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Liaise with Technical Customer Executives and Managers of other local Tradedoubler offices, fostering strong relationships.

**Requirements**

  • University degree in Computing, IT, or software programming, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts, including HTML, JavaScript, Restful APIs, XML, and programming languages.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with experience in client support/customer service environments.
  • Solutions-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills, a professional approach, and attention to detail.
  • Results-driven with a passion for technology and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
