Position Overview

As a Client Solutions Manager, you will take charge of the daily execution of technical support activities, processes, and the delivery of client onboarding (including new clients, additional markets, new product integrations, and re-implementations). Your role will be pivotal in ensuring efficient, high-quality implementations across Tradedoubler's offerings while providing exceptional support to clients and colleagues within established service level agreements (SLAs).

This position is primarily client-facing, encompassing both technical support and project management responsibilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving quick turnaround times. You will also be tasked with articulating technical solutions to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise, including both non-technical stakeholders and developers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Tradedoubler affiliate platform on behalf of our advertisers.
  • Address and resolve technical inquiries from clients and team members.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Quickly assess advertisers' requirements to foster business growth.
  • Assist the sales team during client meetings and calls.
  • Stay informed about market developments and trends.
  • Document client progress and any pertinent changes.
  • Collaborate with team members to devise solutions and gather diverse perspectives.
  • Review results with the team on a regular basis.
  • Learn from successful case studies with other clients and implement best practices.
  • Relay important client information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Technical Customer Executives and Managers from other Tradedoubler offices.
Your Profile

You are a results-oriented professional with robust technical expertise and problem-solving abilities, complemented by a commercial mindset. You thrive in a team environment, inspiring others and leading by example. Your communication skills enable you to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.

You possess a solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape, along with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You can prioritize tasks and manage pressure effectively. Your organizational skills allow you to juggle multiple requests, projects, and activities seamlessly. You are passionate about technology and proactive in your approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

University degree in Computing, IT, Software Development, or equivalent experience. Self-taught professionals are also encouraged to apply.

  • Ability to understand technical concepts such as HTML, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, XML, and various programming languages.

  • Experience in a client support or customer service role is preferred.
