Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Solutions Manager to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing key relationships with our clients in the Automotive vertical, serving as a consultative product expert and driving growth through innovative marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Solutions Expert
  2. In partnership with the Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners.
  3. Analyze data and insights to identify areas of opportunity, and guide the strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions to drive growth.
  4. Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption.
  5. Media Strategy
  6. Work and collaborate with diverse groups of internal cross-functional teams.
  7. Guide the media, creative, and measurement strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs.
  8. Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery.
  9. Identify optimization opportunities for improving Facebook campaigns performance.
  10. Project manage internal operations and complex work streams.
  11. Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.).
  12. Using data sets and analytics to detect performance patterns and to translate them into comprehensive solutions and strategies that deliver on our client's business objectives.

Requirements

  1. 8+ years experience in a similar role.
  2. Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends such as direct response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM.
  3. Effective and creative problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  4. Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management.
  5. Proven track record in achieving KPIs.
  6. Ability to manage complex work streams while maintaining operational excellence.
  7. Ability to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in a team.
  8. Experience presenting to external stakeholders at a variety of levels.
  9. Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
  10. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience as a Meta user and knowledge of Meta's ad products.
