Job Summary

We're seeking a Business Solutions Manager to design and develop innovative solutions for our clients and markets.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, project design and execution, sales processes, and advertising technology.

The Business Solutions Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and building strong connections between our product, solutions, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project & Solution Designing and Execution: Identify new market opportunities and create concepts to position Taptap Digital's technology and solutions as a top partner for brands in the advertising and marketing ecosystem.
  2. Build a Business Roadmap: Find key clients and industries to evolve and upgrade Taptap Digital's core value proposition.
  3. Design Conceptual Solutions: Link all activity and company storytelling to create engaging business solutions.
  4. Develop Client Projects: Work from client needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  5. Pitch and Present Business Solutions: Evaluate ways to improve our solution stack, focusing on delivery and client satisfaction.
  6. Encourage Creativity and Risk-Taking: Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
  7. Partnership Management: Work with the sales team to build and enrich relationships with top clients and partners.
  8. Design and Implement New Resources: Increase engagement with clients through workshops and trainings.
  9. Follow Project Execution: Verify success and optimize solutions.
  10. Evangelization & Sales Enablement: Test new products and solutions, evaluating key concepts and designing go-to-market strategies.
  11. Partner with the Sales Team: Create a deep understanding of Taptap Digital's technology and solutions and reinforce our core message.
  12. Evaluate Solutions: Include new features, functionality, or recommendations based on market experience and client feedback.
Requirements
  1. 4+ years of experience in digital advertising and marketing, media agencies, and advertising technologies.
  2. 4+ years of experience in sales and client management, with strong client-facing skills.
  3. Excellent solution designing skills to adapt different approaches to client needs or briefings.
  4. Strong ability to connect ideas and create efficient sales pitches, problem-solving.
  5. Fast resolution and team collaboration to easily achieve client and market challenges.
  6. PowerPoint expert, advance knowledge of design tools will be an advantage.
  7. Strong knowledge of Adtech and Martech ecosystem, programmatic environment, and location intelligence solutions.
  8. Strong initiative and ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently, multi-task, and work well under pressure with minimal direction.
  9. Advanced Level of English required, C2.
