About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at The Nippon Telegraph And Telephone Corporation (NTT). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for participating in the delivery of solution design, configuration, and escalated problem management of solutions and services in client environments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Solution Design: Participate in the creation and delivery of technical solutions in the Networks/IoT/AI area to clients by engaging with them during the planning and solution definition phase and defining the standards of work (SoW).
  2. Technical Support: Offer detailed technical support in the analysis of user and technical requirements, specifications development, solution design and development, propose technical solutions, and provide a high-level design of technical or service solutions to meet the client's requirements.
  3. User Support and Troubleshooting: Provide user support and assist with troubleshooting and design, configuration, and escalated problem management.
  4. Technical Training and Development: Participate in the development of technical training and training programs.
  5. Opportunity Identification and Subject Matter Expertise: Identify opportunities and contribute subject matter expertise to the design and configuration requirements in relation to RFP / RFI and proposals of low complexity.
  6. Collaboration and Solution Roadmap: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the solution roadmap and milestones.
  7. Strategic Project Work: Work on strategic projects that enhance current solution concepts and/or the creation of new ones.
  8. Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to evaluate and activate new accounts.
  9. Knowledge Sharing and Best Practices: Contribute to the knowledge base of solutions and services by sharing best practices and lessons learned with clients.
  10. Client Expertise and Consulting: Understand the client's environment, business needs, and provide expertise and consulting on the relevant solutions.
  11. Vendor Collaboration and Roadmap Understanding: Work closely with vendors to understand their strategies for solutions and services, can articulate the roadmap, and associated impacts for clients.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Attributes: Knowledge of Networks with CISCO, R&S, Datacenters, Access Points, Wifi, 5G, LAN/WAN, etc. Knowledge in latest market trends within the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) fields. Seasoned knowledge of market, verticals, horizontals, business administration, and business change.
  • Technical, Quantitative, and Analytical Capabilities: Seasoned technical, quantitative, and analytical capabilities.
  • Client and Business Team Collaboration: Seasoned ability to work with clients and business teams to create client-orientated solutions and services.
  • Interpersonal Skills and Stakeholder Relationships: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Opportunity Recognition and Continuous Improvement: Seasoned ability to recognize opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement.
  • Process Establishment and Management: Seasoned ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business.
  • Industry Trends and Technology Advancements: Passion for learning about new industry trends and technology advancements.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business or a related field.
  • Desirable Certifications: SAFe Agile or Program or Project Management certification(s) is desirable. Relevant vendor/technology certification(s) is desirable.
Languages
  • Spanish and English: Spanish: fluent (mandatory). English: fluent (mandatory).
Required Experience
  • 5 to 10 Years of Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Seasoned Experience in Global Technology Services: Seasoned experience in a similar role within a related global technology services environment.
  • Multiple Technology Domains: Seasoned experience working across multiple technology domains.
  • Project Management Experience: Seasoned project management experience.
  • Client Requirements and Solution Definition: Seasoned experience working with clients to understand their requirements and define appropriate solutions.
