Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled D&IT Business Solutions Manager to join our team at JTI. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading the integration of consumer-centric solutions within the global market landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with global IT teams to leverage technology in enhancing our RRP product offerings and ensuring our business receives the appropriate solutions.
  2. Solution Architect: Drive the selection, design, and delivery of IT solutions to support the Cluster's growth and transformation objectives.
  3. Project Management: Lead the detailed project planning and execution of approved projects, in accordance with JTI's Project Management Framework.
  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure that 3rd-party solution providers and external project resources comply with JTI quality standards and fulfill agreed-upon project commitments and contractual obligations.
  5. Financial Management: Exercise fiscal discipline and transparency in the overall management of any project budget.
  6. Application Support: Implement and monitor the support models for all applications in the role's portfolio, ensuring the KPIs established by the region are accomplished and optimizing SLAs across all platforms under the role's responsibility.
  7. Integration Analysis: Conduct functional analysis of the integrations between global and local applications, ensuring the correct and timely deployment of projects and new initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Education: University Degree in Computer Science (Business Informatics) or strong IT background/experience.
  2. Experience: 4+ years' experience in the IT Business Solutions discipline with 2+ years, especially in Project Management of Business Solutions/Application.
  3. Background: Preferred background of employment experience in multinational companies.
