About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Winning Consulting. As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and innovation by analyzing business needs and developing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Business Growth: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  2. Develop Business Solutions: Analyze business needs and develop effective solutions to drive business outcomes.
  3. Lead Agile Projects: Coordinate and lead agile projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  4. Communicate Effectively: Develop and deliver clear and concise reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  5. Enhance User Experience: Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance the user experience.
  6. Manage Digital Transformation: Lead the implementation of digital transformation initiatives to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
  1. 4+ years of experience as a Business Solutions Analyst, driving success in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  2. Proven track record in managing large-scale digital transformation and automation projects that deliver impactful results.
  3. Strong understanding of IT/OT requirements for implementing innovative solutions, including expertise with web platforms, low-code technologies, and cloud-based products.
  4. Proficient with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence to keep teams aligned and projects on track.
  5. Fluent in English (C1 level) with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams.
