About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Base Life Science. As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will play a critical role in translating our pharma customers' business needs into actionable insights and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology implementation.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new tools and dashboards.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an IT Business Analyst in the life science industry.
  • Skills: Deep understanding of commercial processes in life science companies, successful track record of participating in IT projects, experience with data visualization tools, and understanding of relational databases and big data technologies.
  • Education: BSc or MSc from a leading university in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or engineering.
