About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for the requirements taking and functional design of life insurance products. You will prepare documentation, use cases, diagrams or schematics for further development, and validate and support the UAT process. You will also have functional knowledge of products such as pension funds, annuities, life risk, and life savings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Requirements taking and functional design of life insurance products.
  2. Preparation of documentation, use cases, diagrams or schematics for further development.
  3. Validation and support of the UAT process.
  4. Functional knowledge of products such as pension funds, annuities, life risk, and life savings.
Requirements
  1. 5 years minimum experience in solution design and requirements analysis.
  2. Knowledge and experience in life insurance, pension plans, advances, redemptions...
  3. Experience working in java environment teams with multidisciplinary teams.
  4. Ability to develop analysis and test design (use cases).
  5. Ability to perform and document tests.
  6. High communication and teamwork skills.
  7. Experience in software product projects.
  8. Experience in similar work in life insurance companies.
  9. Knowledge of jira tool.
  10. Accustomed to requirements gathering with customers.
  11. Experience in working with programmers, assisting in problem detection, bug tracing.
  12. Ability to conduct or lead business meetings with clients.
  13. Strong writing and documentation skills.
  14. English language skills would be an asset.
  15. Knowledge of Non-Life insurance (especially Surety), in addition to life insurance, would be an asset.
