About the Role

As a Senior Business Solutions Analyst at Thoughtworks Inc., you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients' business needs and our team's technical expertise. Your primary responsibility will be to establish a deep understanding of our clients' business objectives and work collaboratively with our software development teams to design and deliver custom applications that meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Partner with our clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, and work with our development teams to design and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Requirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops and meetings with our clients to gather requirements and develop a deep understanding of their business processes and systems.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with our development teams to design and develop custom applications that meet our clients' business needs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with our clients' stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the solutions we deliver.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with our clients to implement changes that will help them achieve their business objectives.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and processes. Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and development teams.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
