Job DescriptionAs a Senior Business Solutions Analyst, you will capture user requirements and translate them into business and digitally enabled solutions across a range of industries.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze as-is and design to-be processes to define business, solution, and system requirements
- Interact with users and customers, gain a deep understanding of their needs, and represent that knowledge to the rest of the team
- Participate in iteration planning, backlog refinement, creating user stories, and story acceptance criteria
- Manage stakeholders and act as an interface between your team, the customer, and the project manager
- Help our customers and teams make informed decisions by carefully weighing business value and technical complexity
- Participate in deal shaping activities
- You have worked in a similar role and business environment in an agile context
- Experience as a developer, functional analyst, or technical background is beneficial
- You have a customer-focused mindset
- You bring a strong analytical attitude and an ability to structure complex or undefined business problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to switch between English and Spanish
- Able to effectively direct and mentor others
- Experience in consulting is a plus
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master is a bonus
- Relevant application knowledge of commerce platforms like SAP Hybris, commerce tools, or similar would complete your profile
