About the Role

SIX is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business requirements and developing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to formulate project plans and technology deliverables.
  • Engage with subject matter experts to understand and document business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop solutions that meet customer needs and influence strategic functional decisions.
  • Lead project planning, software testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams, coordinating with project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in Finance, Banking, IT, or consultancy.
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Proven track record in managing large, complex projects within geographically dispersed organizations.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, challenge IT, and possess strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
