About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Client Solutions Manager to join our team at Tradedoubler Se. As a key member of our client delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our affiliate platform for our advertisers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the Tradedoubler affiliate platform on behalf of our advertisers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and colleagues, resolving complex issues and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers, proactively identifying their needs and providing solutions to drive business growth.
  • Support the sales team in meetings and calls, providing technical expertise and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes, documenting client evolution and relevant updates.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide solutions and gather diverse perspectives, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Communicate key client information to stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Liaise with Technical Customer Executives and Managers of other local Tradedoubler offices, fostering strong relationships and partnerships.
Your Profile

We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, combined with a commercial mindset. You should be an excellent communicator, able to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

You will have a good understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks, handle pressure, and multitask across different requests, projects, and activities.

Requirements
  • University degree in Computing, IT, or software programming, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts, including HTML, JavaScript, Restful APIs, XML, and programming languages.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Experience in a client support/customer service environment, preferably.
  • Customer service-minded, solutions-oriented, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Professional approach, results-driven, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent team player.
