Client Solutions Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Issuing Solutions projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget while following Global Blue Professional Services protocols.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external project managers and stakeholders to facilitate seamless execution of TFS services.
  • Assist in defining, implementing, and overseeing an effective Partner Integration project execution process.
  • Provide technical and process consultancy to the Commercial Organization and Partner Manager team.
  • Ensure the successful integration of Issuing Solutions within the permanent Global Blue organization, particularly in the I&O department.
  • Engage in project-related Field Services activities, including availability for On Call Duty Service as per team shift schedules.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Coverage of integrations
  • Percentage of projects completed on schedule
  • Percentage of projects delivered within budget
  • Adherence to the Partner Integration Project Management Process

Collaborative Relationships:

  • Direct line manager
  • All members of the Partner Integration team
  • Product TFS team
  • Commercial Managers
  • Technology department

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing multinational projects with external stakeholders
  • Background in IT
  • Experience working with virtual and distributed teams
  • Fluency in English is essential

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • Self-driven and motivated individual
  • Strong understanding of point-of-sale technology and transactional systems
  • Familiarity with EFT payment standards, ISO 8583, PCI, and EMV, particularly in the retail or credit card sectors is preferred
  • Ability to analyze situations quickly and implement appropriate measures
  • Capable of managing challenging situations with both structure and flexibility
  • Dedication and commitment to achieving work objectives
  • Perseverance in goal attainment
  • Effective communication skills with external partners
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
