At Albert Roger Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Operations Manager to oversee the operational needs of our UK and German retail partners. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with excellent organizational skills and a customer-centric approach.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating customer orders from placement to final delivery, ensuring seamless communication and timely deliveries. They will also provide customers with real-time order updates, utilize ERP systems to manage stock, purchasing, and deliver exceptional customer service. Additionally, they will coordinate with third-party logistics partners to meet demand and work closely with merchandising partners to ensure stock and display units arrive on time for store launches.

A key aspect of this role is handling invoicing and preparing shipment documentation for accounting and administrative purposes. The Commercial Operations Manager will also conduct review meetings with customers to foster strong relationships. Fluency in German and English is essential, with Polish language skills being an added advantage. Experience in customer service or sales administration is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and strong analytical skills.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
