Business Development Manager

As a Business Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Managing Director of Transportbedrijf Jac. Caron B.V. to ensure the company's goals and objectives are achieved. You will manage complex projects and strategic initiatives, working closely with the Management Teams to embed high levels of performance through operational excellence initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the MD in integrating leading initiatives and embedding performance through OpEx/ComEx/Procurement Excellence initiatives
- Managing projects and strategic initiatives to achieve business goals and objectives
- Building effective working relationships with senior executives and management teams to ensure alignment and sharing of best practices
- Maintaining and refining internal processes to support the MD
