Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for finding new business opportunities, identifying client needs, and generating new leads through phone and email outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Find new business opportunities and identify client needs and goals
  • Generate new leads through phone and email outreach
  • Use IT tools, CRM, and social media to support sales efforts
  • Transform prospects into SQLs and plan meetings with the Sales Team
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Team to improve the sales process
Requirements
  • Starting your career or first experience in sales
  • BA/BS degree or similar college-level education (less than 3 years ago)
  • Understanding of digital ecosystem landscape and relationships
  • Comfortable with hard work and objective-oriented culture
  • Naturally curious, fast learner, and able to adapt easily to any situation and environment
  • Initiative taker, able to work in complete autonomy and still have a passion for entrepreneurship
  • Fluent in English
  • Native Spanish speaker
