About the Role:
Csg Talent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spanish Account Manager to join our team. As a Spanish Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing key customer accounts in the Spanish market, while also identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to target new businesses within the Spanish Arts & Crafts market
- Manage a portfolio of existing Spanish grocer and retail accounts, building strong relationships and driving sales growth
- Work independently to achieve sales targets, while collaborating with the global team to align on strategy and best practices
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Regularly visit key customers to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Report account growth and sales performance to the Managing Director, providing regular forecast updates
Requirements:
- Strong sales experience within a consumer goods industry, preferably in the Arts & Crafts sector
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and sales growth
- Motivated and driven, with a passion for building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Ability to create and convert a new business target list, with a strong understanding of the Spanish market and customer needs
