We are seeking a talented Business Development Associate to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales cycle, you will play a crucial role in identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in the DACH region.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have strong sales hunting skills, a proven ability to work to targets in a sales environment, and excellent German and fluent English language skills. With at least one year's experience in telemarketing and/or demand generation/sales experience working in a software sales organization, you will be able to develop relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing sales strategies to draw in prospects or solicit new potential customers
  • Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries and leads generated by Marketing
  • Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
  • Planning and execution of outbound campaigns with state-of-the-art tools
Requirements
  • Strong sales hunting skills
  • At least 1 year's experience in telemarketing and/or demand generation/sales experience working in a software sales organization
  • Excellent German and fluent English language skills
  • Proven ability of working to targets in a sales environment

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is €55,000 - €65,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
