We are seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to uncover new opportunities and drive growth within the Pharmaceutical Services Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for the life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify pharmaceutical and biotech companies for fit with PSG services
- Engage potential client companies with a targeted message about PSG and its contributions to their projects/programs
- Gain support from local Business Development Executives and subject matter experts to discuss project opportunities and prepare the internal team
- Coordinate the establishment of CDAs with new clients and PSG
- Work with the BDE to gather information for RFPs and interact with SalesForce, ZymeWire, and other internal digital tools to enhance and advance opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as pharmaceutics, chemistry, or biology
- Previous sales experience in the life sciences industry, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Dynamic and highly self-motivated individual with ability to establish and maintain a functional home office environment
