Business Development Associate for EMEA

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Associate to support our PSF business in EMEA. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by identifying and recruiting new Network Members (experts) and ensuring the seamless delivery of calls on your team.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. In addition, they will have a high motivation to exceed personal targets and a desire to learn about new topics, industries, and companies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and confirming critical calls and meetings between clients and Network Members
  • Recruiting new experts to join our insight network through targeted lead generation and timely outreach by phone and email
  • Building relationships with Network Members to understand their expertise and gauge their fit on client projects
  • Collaborating closely with client-facing team members to drive successful client outcomes

As a Business Development Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop strong, transferable business skills, including communication, time management, negotiating, problem-solving, project management, research, and achieving monthly/quarterly targets.

In this role, you will also have the chance to mentor future Associates as you become tenured and proficient in your position.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
