About the Role

This fast-paced role is crucial in driving our business forward by coordinating with client-facing teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. As a Senior Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for quickly understanding project requests, identifying and recruiting new experts, and ensuring seamless delivery of calls on your team.

You will also have the opportunity to develop strong business and leadership skills through comprehensive training programs, daily coaching, and feedback. Our associates progress to senior roles after achieving specific goals, where they take on client-facing responsibilities and focus on end-to-end project delivery and client relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting team members on various aspects of client projects and Network Member engagement.
  • Recruiting new experts through targeted lead generation and timely outreach.
  • Building expertise on client strategies, industries, and value chains to identify and vet the best experts.
  • Scheduling and confirming critical calls and meetings between clients and Network Members.
  • Engaging with Network Members to understand their expertise and gauge their fit-on client projects.
  • Collaborating closely with client-facing team members to expand projects and rescope recruiting populations.
