We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Solutions Associate to support our Corporate business in EMEA.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, expert-facing environment where you will drive GLG's business forward by providing close coordination with client-facing team members to fulfill our clients' needs.

As an Associate, you will be responsible for quickly understanding project requests in collaboration with client-facing teams, identifying and recruiting new Network Members (experts), and ensuring end-to-end delivery of calls on your team, including scheduling.

You will also contribute to revenue growth and broader commercial success by collaborating with colleagues on regional and global teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work responsibly and manage multiple tasks effectively.

We offer a comprehensive training program, daily coaching, and feedback to help you develop strong, transferable business and leadership skills.

After achieving specific quantitative and qualitative goals, you may progress to Senior Associate roles, where you will take on client-facing responsibilities, including end-to-end project delivery and client relationship-building.

Key Associate Responsibilities Include:

  • SUPPORTING TEAM MEMBERS ON VARIOUS ASPECTS OF CLIENT PROJECTS AND NETWORK MEMBER ENGAGEMENT
  • RECRUITING NEW EXPERTS TO JOIN GLG'S INSIGHT NETWORK THROUGH TARGETED LEAD GENERATION AND TIMELY OUTREACH BY PHONE, EMAIL, AND OTHER METHODS
  • BUILDING YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF CLIENT STRATEGIES, VARIOUS INDUSTRY SECTORS, AND VALUE CHAINS TO IDENTIFY AND VET THE BEST EXPERTS FOR CLIENT PROJECTS
  • SCHEDULING AND CONFIRMING CRITICAL CALLS AND MEETINGS BETWEEN GLG'S CLIENTS AND NETWORK MEMBERS, INCLUDING SCHEDULING ALL CALLS WITH YOUR NEW RECRUITS
  • PROACTIVELY ENGAGING WITH GLG'S NETWORK MEMBERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR EXPERTISE AND GAUGE THEIR FIT-ON CLIENT PROJECTS
  • COLLABORATING CLOSELY WITH CLIENT-FACING TEAM MEMBERS TO EXPAND PROJECTS AND RESCOPING OF RECRUITING POPULATIONS, TO DRIVE SUCCESSFUL CLIENT OUTCOMES

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
