We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Excellence Advocate to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while maximizing sales opportunities. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions that meet their goals.

You will also focus on building strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving retention efforts. Our ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to negotiate effectively and close deals.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Fluency in English and Polish at an advanced level (C1).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth.
