Salary: We offer a competitive salary in the range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description: As a Sales Excellence Manager, you will play a key role in defining and executing an aligned plan of activities to drive sales success. You will collaborate closely with sales leads, regional and global reference communities, and work within given time limits, standards, and guidelines. Your tasks will include managing risks proactively and anticipating business evolution and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent, along with at least 5 years of sales, sales support, or marketing experience. Strong communication, proactivity, and quick learning skills are essential, as well as top-notch interpersonal, relationship building, and communication skills. You must also be able to challenge complexity, simplify, and innovate towards best-in-class customer experience.
