Refinery89 B.V is looking for a seasoned sales expert to spearhead our growth in the French market.

About the Role

This role offers an immediate start and a competitive salary of €50,000 - €70,000 per annum, with additional commissions and bonuses to grow your earnings quickly.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: Foster strong relationships with French publishers, acquiring new partners and expanding existing ones.
  • PRIORITY MANAGEMENT: Effectively manage a healthy pipeline, prioritizing high-value opportunities to drive business growth.
  • CLOSED-LOOP COMMUNICATION: Work closely with sales and operational colleagues to lead publisher acquisition efforts in France.
  • NURTURING PARTNERSHIPS: Develop trusted contacts among publishers, creating mutually beneficial relationships that earn loyalty over time.
  • DATA DRIVEN DECISIONS: Utilize our CRM tool to maintain accurate records, update leads and clients interactions daily.
  • NETWORKING EXPERTISE: Leverage your professional network to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
About You

We're seeking a highly motivated sales enthusiast who thrives on meeting goals, driven by challenges and eager to exceed expectations.

Your Qualifications:

  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD: 2+ years of sales experience, with a focus on cold calling, face-to-face meetings, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • DIGITAL MEDIA KNOWLEDGE: A solid understanding of digital media metrics, web analytics, advertising formats, and technologies.
  • ESTABLISHED NETWORK: Established connections within the French digital publishing media industry.
  • SIMILAR EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in a similar role, such as at an AdTech company, Publisher Sales House, Trading Desk, or digital agency.
