Senior Sales Professional for Global Tech Firm

About the Role
As a seasoned Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal part in establishing a strong foundation for our clients' technology and service needs. To achieve this, you must possess an in-depth understanding of our customers' and partners' requirements to effectively align our products', technologies', and services' value propositions with their strategies and needs.
This role requires a deep understanding of customer/partner needs to create value through the sales cycle. Key responsibilities include:
- Spearheading new customer wins and cloud sales while maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through collaboration with Sales Agents, Solution Specialists, client sales teams, and channel partners.
- Driving alignment and teamwork within a team, department, or across organisational boundaries.
- Actively monitoring pipeline, collecting feedback, and updating involved parties on closure, as well as executing close plan support.
- Collaborating with local TCMs on pipeline and partner introductions, surfacing customer wins for partner sell with evidence, and identifying partner capacity, capability needs, and key opportunities to share with the Partner Management team.
- Controlling main performance indicators and run rates of pipeline: hand-off rate, close rate, velocity, customer and agreement retention, revenue recapture, consumption, etc.
About You
You should be fluent in Finnish at a native level and possess excellent English language skills (B2). A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development is required, preferably within a partner ecosystem and technical sales environment. Strong knowledge of key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions is also necessary. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering is required.
