Job Description

This role involves providing high-level administrative and accounting support to our operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and assisting clients in a professional manner
  • Providing administrative support to our legal team
  • Managing schedules and appointments
  • Handling phone calls and emails
  • Ensuring efficient office operations

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Spanish, Dutch, and English, with excellent organisational and multitasking skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal office management software.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional with:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal office environment
  • Trilingual proficiency in Spanish, Dutch, and English
  • Ability to handle stress and workload typical of a law firm
