We are seeking a skilled Technical Support professional to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving problems related to Microsoft software and systems.
- Install, configure, and update hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.
- Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on best practices for using Microsoft software and tools.
- Document support activities, problems, and resolutions in our helpdesk system.

- Participation in projects with innovative technologies and an international dimension.
- Continuous on-the-job training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
