About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Dealing for Corporate FX to join our team at XE. As a key member of our Spanish Corporate FX dealing team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day requirements of a portfolio of corporate trading clients.

You will need to be an expert in all FX Risk management tools, including Spot, Forward, and Structured FX Options. Your key duties will include reviewing, building, and positioning FX trading strategies with corporate clients from varied industries, working with the Chief Dealer to ensure effective implementation of desk initiatives, and consistently and actively calling clients and answering emails.

You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records of client activities and requirements within the company's internal systems, building relationships with customers, affiliates, and other internal stakeholders, and ensuring all customer onboarding is performed in accordance with regulatory requirements and XE policies and procedures.

As a results-oriented individual with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, you will be able to drive results and manage retention levels at the expected and targeted position.

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years' experience in building FX trading strategies with corporate clients, and relevant qualification for certification to enable selling of Structured FX Options (derivatives). If you have a CISI Level 3 Certificate in Securities and Level 3 Certificate in Derivatives (Level 4 Diploma in Investment Advice), that's a plus
