About This Role

At Xe, we're passionate about empowering individuals and businesses to navigate the complexities of the foreign exchange market. As a key member of our dealing team, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective FX trading strategies with corporate clients from diverse industries
  • Collaborate with the Chief Dealer to ensure seamless execution of desk initiatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, affiliates, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all customer onboarding meets regulatory requirements and Xe policies
  • Manage client complaints and escalate as necessary
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in FX sales and/or dealing, preferably in a senior business development or FX relationship management role
  • Previous experience working in a FX Broker or commercial bank dealing for corporate clients
  • Deep understanding of the FX market and technical knowledge of financial instruments
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements and relevant certifications
