Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Support professional to join our team. As a Customer Service and Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, analyzing sales performance, and developing business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial & customer back-office support: assist customers with sales-related issues, create and process orders, and review pending requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analysis & reporting: develop tools to monitor sales performance, provide commercial data analysis, and work with the Sales & Marketing Manager on strategic plans.
- Product & Supply chain management: control stock levels, follow up on replenishments, and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
- Marketing Support: manage A&P budgets, create purchase orders, and coordinate visual merchandising materials supply.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, proficiency in languages (Spanish, English, and French), and advanced IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, BI). You should also possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is around $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
