- Relationship Management: Foster deep, trusted relationships with customer management teams while working closely with product, revenue, and Customer Office teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Customer Adoption: Ensure customers fully understand our solution's functionality and identify opportunities for growth.
- Account Retention: Proactively mitigate churn risk by reporting potential issues and collaborating with the wider Mercell business to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Desired Business Outcomes: Work with customers to achieve their desired outcomes, quantifying the value they derive from their investment.
- Success Planning: Develop comprehensive success plans, address challenges, and align with future customer objectives through regular Business Reviews.
- Account Expansion: Identify opportunities for expansion, partnering with the Revenue Team to maximize customer spend.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
