Job Description:
Your Role:
- Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product/solutions demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products, solutions, and services.
- Drive overall customer service business to plan and execute prioritized life cycle programs.
- Use quantitative and qualitative market and internal data to identify opportunities for retention and expansion of our business with Installed Base customers.
- Determine the attractiveness of Installed Base opportunities and lifecycle programs in alignment with portfolio evolution – developing compelling business cases to help prioritize opportunities.
- Collaborate on and support customer-facing solutions to engagement projects with shortlisted strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with Europe and local marketing and sales teams.
You're the Right Fit:
- Hold a minimum B.Sc. in Biomedical engineering, Computer Science, Health Sciences, or equivalent.
- Have 3-5+ years of work experience in the Hospital Monitoring Area or similar.
- Possess advanced knowledge in IT and the main functionalities of core health sector applications: EMR, HIS, LIS, PACS, and other departmental systems.
- Have strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Be customer-oriented and focused on achieving defined objectives and results.
