Role Overview

As a Modality Sales Specialist for Hospital Patient Monitoring Services, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product/solutions demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products, solutions, and services. Your primary goal will be to drive overall customer service business to plan and execute prioritized life cycle programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product/solutions demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products, solutions, and services.
  • Drive overall customer service business to plan and execute prioritized life cycle programs.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative market and internal data to identify opportunities for retention and expansion of our business with Installed Base customers.
  • Determine the attractiveness of Installed Base opportunities and lifecycle programs in alignment with portfolio evolution – developing compelling business cases to help prioritize opportunities.
  • Collaborate on and support customer-facing solutions to engagement projects with shortlisted strategic accounts.

Requirements
  • Minimum B.Sc. in Biomedical engineering, Computer Science, Health Sciences, or equivalent.
  • 3-5+ years of work experience in the Hospital Monitoring Area or similar.
  • Advanced knowledge in IT and the main functionalities of core health sector applications: EMR, HIS, LIS, PACS, and other departmental systems.
  • Background in non-traditional business models like Subscription/SaaS would be a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Customer-oriented and focused on achieving defined objectives and results.
