Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Modality Sales Specialist to join our Hospital Patient Monitoring Services team. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product/solutions demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of our company products, solutions, and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive overall customer service business to plan and execute prioritized life cycle programs.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative market and internal data to identify opportunities for retention and expansion of our business with Installed Base customers.
  • Determine the attractiveness of Installed Base opportunities and lifecycle programs in alignment with portfolio evolution – developing compelling business cases to help prioritize opportunities.
  • Collaborate on and support customer-facing solutions to engagement projects with shortlisted strategic accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum B.Sc. in Biomedical engineering, Computer Science, Health Sciences, or equivalent.
  • 3-5+ years of work experience in the Hospital Monitoring Area or similar.
  • Advanced knowledge in IT and the main functionalities of core health sector applications: EMR, HIS, LIS, PACS, and other departmental systems.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Customer-oriented and focused on achieving defined objectives and results.
