Job Title: Modality Sales Specialist

Philips is seeking a highly skilled Modality Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts for our Hospital Patient Monitoring portfolio, working closely with direct and indirect channels in the territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build a business plan that supports customer needs and drives sales efforts for the product portfolio.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key influencers and leverage Philips business tools to understand customer needs.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through delivery, installation, and post-installation, ensuring expectations are met by managing customer feedback at all sales process stages.
  • Utilize Salesforce, tender information, and other tools to share knowledge and develop conversations across Philips.
Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical units such as Labor and Delivery, Neonatal and Pediatric ICU, Medical/Surgical, Critical Care Unit, Telemetry, Operating Room, and Emergency Department.
  • Ability to consult on the clinical implications of Philips HPM offerings and approach problem-solving with a clinical perspective.
  • Expertise in managing clinical issues, collecting and analyzing data, and interfacing with marketing and customer support to address and escalate concerns.
  • Proficient in teaching, troubleshooting, and ensuring the proper use of medical Hospital Patient Monitoring solutions products.
